About PromptCV.app
PromptCV.app is an AI CV maker for job seekers in Bangladesh, in English and Bangla. Building, editing and previewing a CV is free; you pay per clean PDF download, in taka through bKash or Nagad, with no subscription. It includes a free ATS checker that reads your CV in your browser.
Who we are
PromptCV.app is built and run by the PromptCV team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We make one product: a CV maker shaped around how Bangladeshi employers read CVs — a photo and personal details where local jobs expect them, every result on its own scale, Bangla where it helps, and a PDF that matches the preview.
PromptCV.app is an independent product. It is not connected to other services with similar names.
What is free, and what you pay for
- Building, editing and previewing a CV, with no account needed to start.
- 15 free AI credits every month for writing help.
- The ATS checker and its ATS Readability Score.
- Sample CVs for common Bangladeshi jobs, each with a free watermarked PDF.
- A clean PDF download uses a download credit. Credit packs start at ৳199 (5 clean downloads and 30 AI credits), paid once in taka with bKash or Nagad through PiPra Pay. There is no subscription, and credits never expire.
How the free ATS checker treats your file
The check runs in your browser; your CV file isn't sent to a server for the check. A copy stays on your device for 24 hours, and you can remove it sooner.
If you are signed in, we save the score, the check results and the file name to your account — never the file itself or its text. Opening the CV in the editor is a separate step, and that step uploads the file.
How we write our guides
- We write for Bangladeshi job seekers first, from Bangladeshi job circulars and employers' published requirements, and we say so when a rule is different for jobs abroad.
- Every guide and sample shows when it was published and when it was last updated. We update a page when a rule, a price or a fact changes, and we correct mistakes as soon as we find them.
- About applicant tracking systems (ATS), we use a short list of sources we can stand behind: Greenhouse's own blog, the Harvard Business School and Accenture study Hidden Workers (2021), Enhancv's study of 25 recruiters, and Jobscan's documentation. We do not publish 'pass rates', and we do not claim to copy any employer's software.
- Sample CVs use fictional people, employers and contact details; the universities, exam boards and job titles are real.
- Prices and counts come from our live product, not from memory, and every competitor price shows the date we checked it.
